Subfloor Assessment and Laser Leveling
We use laser leveling equipment to map every high and low point across the floor surface. Self-leveling compound is applied to bring the subfloor within the tolerance required for the tile type, large format tiles require a tighter tolerance. This step determines whether installed tiles develop hollow spots or remain solid for years.
Waterproofing All Wet Areas
Bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchen walls, and any floor tile installation adjacent to a water source receives a full waterproofing membrane before any tile adhesive is applied. In Dubai, where drain water from upstairs apartments has caused ceiling damage below in countless building incidents, this is not a step we negotiate on.
Dry Layout and Pattern Planning
All tiles are dry laid in the planned pattern before adhesive is applied. Cut tile placement, pattern starts, and joint widths are confirmed before anything is permanent. For feature patterns like herringbone or diagonal, this planning stage is where the visual result is actually decided.
Precision Cutting, Laying and Grouting
Wet saw precision cutting on site. Full back buttering adhesive application for complete coverage with no hollow spots. Tiles laid in sections with continuous alignment checking. After adhesive cure, minimum 24 hours in Dubai's heat, grout is applied in a colour matched, stain resistant formulation with epoxy grout available for kitchens and high traffic areas.
Tap Test, Cleaning and Handover
Every tiled surface is tap tested after grout cure to confirm there are no hollow sounding sections. Tiles are cleaned, grout haze removed, and any silicone joints completed. You walk through every room with us. We do not sign off until you are satisfied and we have confirmed no hollow tiles remain.

Subfloor Preparation and Leveling
We use laser leveling equipment to identify high and low points across the floor. Self-leveling compound is applied to bring the subfloor within the tolerance required for marble, this step is what competitors frequently skip, and the main reason marble floors crack after six months.
Waterproofing in Wet Areas and Surface Prep
Bathrooms, kitchens, and any wet areas receive a full waterproofing membrane before installation begins. The subfloor is primed for adhesion. Expansion joints are planned at wall perimeters and across large open areas to allow for Dubai's temperature driven structural movement.
Layout Planning and Pattern Alignment

Polishing, Sealing and Walkthrough
Marble is machine polished to the specified finish, high gloss, honed, or brushed. Impregnating sealer is applied to protect against staining and etching. You inspect every surface with our project manager before we sign off. We do not leave until you are satisfied.
